Block No. 6

When we compared the previous two cement block sculptures (#4 & #5), we decided we liked the more enclosed and "hidden" or "secret" feeling of a partial crevice or cave (Block #4) rather than the crevice that went all the way through from front to back (Block #5). With Block #6 we decided to back up and create another partial crevice or cave--like Block #4. We used somewhat smaller rocks and made the crevice opening longer down than front of the block than across the top.
